As a Pillar To Post professional home inspector since 2004 in the Twin City Area of Minnesota I have worked hard to earn the trust of buyers, sellers, and real estate professionals in the community. As a  home inspector I feel that it is my responsibility to provide clients and Realtors with expert knowledge when performing a home inspection. I am constantly updating my techniques and knowledge through continuous education programs from the National Association of Home Inspectors (N.A.H.I).

Having provided home inspection services in the Twin City Area of Minnesota for over 7 years I have built up a reputation for excellence in the community. I have personally performed more than 1,400 home inspections, and provide a very comprehensive inspection report that includes photos. I can inspect any residential property, including 4-plexes, town homes, and condo complexes as well as single family dwellings.

I have worked hard to earn the trust and respect of real estate agents in the area, and I have instructed Continuing Education Courses to educate agents in home related topics. I have conducted a number of these courses, and will continue to offer them in the future.

Other Services I Provide

I offer additional services as well as a professional home inspection. These services can be combined with the inspection or they can be arranged individually, depending on the needs of the client.

• EDR Reports – Environmental Reports for Residential.

The time required for a thorough home inspection will vary, but this usually takes from 2-4 hours. Once I have finished the report I will print it out on site, together with any photos. I discuss the inspection findings with clients without causing unnecessary alarm, and educate them on operating and maintaining the home. I take all of the time needed to answer questions and address any concerns that the client may have, and can be reached with any questions that occur once I leave the site.
